We will replace any ietms that were damaged during shipping or has manufacturing faults.
The following items are NOT covered by the warranty:
• Damage caused by third-party products
• Normal wear and tear
• Wear and tear due to excessive or improper use
• Failure to observe the maximum temperature and time limits
• Environmental factors such as extreme dryness or humidity or the action of light and temperature
• Unusual exposure to heat, moisture, liquids and/or care products
• Intentional destruction or misuse of the product
• The use of unsuitable cleaning and/or care products
• Moisture damage caused by exposure to damp or persistent condensation
• Damage caused by unsuitable transport or handling during delivery, or due to improper assembly/dismantling or modifications
• Availability of discontinued models
